Welcome to AuctionHub. By using our platform at www.auctionhub.online, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the platform

AuctionHub provides an online marketplace for auctions and fixed-price sales. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, your listings, and your conduct on the platform.

2. Fees, payouts, and escrow

We charge a 10% platform fee on each sale. The seller receives 90% of the sale price (the "90/10 split"). Fees are deducted when we pay out the seller.

Shipping. Shipping is paid by the buyer and charged separately. Shipping charges are not deducted from the seller’s payout and are not included in escrow-release calculations.

Escrow and release. Buyer payment is held in escrow by the platform. Funds are released to the seller only after the buyer confirms that the item has been shipped and received. Until then, the platform holds the money. There is no manual release of funds outside this automated, confirmation-based process. See our Fees & Pricing and Buyer Protection pages for more.

3. Bidding and buying

When you bid, funds are held in your wallet. If you’re outbid, they’re automatically released. If you win, the amount is charged and held in escrow until you confirm receipt. You must not bid without intent to pay or otherwise manipulate auctions.

4. Selling

Sellers must comply with our Seller Agreement and Prohibited Items list. You’re responsible for accurate listings, shipping, and resolving issues with buyers. Payouts are made according to our fee and escrow rules.

5. Disputes and refunds

Disputes are handled under our Refund Policy. We may withhold or reverse payouts, issue refunds, or take other action as needed to resolve disputes and enforce our policies.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not list prohibited items, engage in fraud, misuse the platform, or violate applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts and take legal action as appropriate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuctionHub’s liability is limited as set out in our policies. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the site or email where appropriate.
