Our story

AuctionHub was built to solve a simple problem: selling valuable or one-off items online can feel risky for both sides. Sellers worry about non-payment or disputes; buyers worry about paying for items that never arrive or don’t match the listing. We designed a platform where payment is held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery, and where consignment items can be verified at our warehouse before they go live. That way, everyone has a clear, fair process from listing to delivery.

As a verified consignment marketplace, we don’t just host listings—we add a layer of trust. Sellers can send items to our facility for inspection and photography. When an item is verified at our warehouse, we mark it clearly so buyers know it’s been received and is ready to ship. Listings can still be seller-shipped for flexibility, but the option of warehouse verification gives buyers extra confidence and helps sellers present their items professionally.

Consignment means you can sell without having to run your own store. You send us the item (or ship it yourself), we help with listing and payments, and funds are released to you only after the buyer confirms receipt. Our 90/10 fee split keeps the economics straightforward: you keep 90% of the sale price; we take a 10% platform fee to cover payment processing, escrow, and support. Shipping is paid by the buyer and charged separately.

How we operate

We run transparent auctions with clear end times and optional "Buy It Now" prices. Bids are binding and backed by wallet balance, so there’s no fake bidding. When you win, your payment is held in escrow. After the item is shipped and you confirm delivery, the seller is paid. If something goes wrong, our Refund Policy and Buyer Protection processes are there to resolve disputes fairly.
