Prohibited Items

You may not list the following on AuctionHub. Listing prohibited items can result in removal of listings, suspension, or termination of your account.

Illegal items

• Drugs, drug paraphernalia, or controlled substances
• Stolen goods or items used to commit fraud
• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives (where prohibited by law)
• Counterfeit or pirated goods
• Items that violate export, import, or local laws

Restricted or unsafe items

• Hazardous materials, chemicals, or recalled products
• Human remains, body parts, or related items
• Live animals (except where explicitly permitted)
• Regulated plants, wildlife, or products derived from endangered species

Offensive or inappropriate items

• Content that promotes hate, violence, or illegal activity
• Adult content or sexually explicit material (unless clearly permitted)
• Items that infringe intellectual property or others’ rights

Misleading or prohibited sales

• Listings that misrepresent the item, price, or condition
• Virtual currency, financial instruments, or securities (unless expressly allowed)
• Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes
