Seller Agreement

By becoming a seller on AuctionHub, you agree to this Seller Agreement in addition to our Terms of Service. This applies to all listings and sales you make on the platform.

1. Seller eligibility

You must have an approved seller account to list items. We may require identity verification and reserve the right to decline or revoke seller status. You’re responsible for complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Listings

Listings must be accurate, complete, and in line with our Prohibited Items and Auction Rules. You may not list counterfeit, illegal, or misleading items. We may remove listings or suspend accounts for violations.

3. Fees and payouts

A 10% platform fee applies to each sale. You receive 90% of the sale price. Payouts are held in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt. Shipping is paid by the buyer and charged separately (not deducted from your payout). You must have a valid, connected payout method to receive funds. Payout timing and methods are subject to our policies and those of our payment partners.

4. Fulfillment

You must ship sold items promptly, provide tracking when possible, and respond to buyer messages. Failure to ship or repeated issues may result in account action, including withheld payouts or suspension.

5. Disputes

Disputes are handled under our Refund Policy. We may reverse payouts, issue refunds, or take other action to resolve disputes. You agree to cooperate with our review and accept our decisions.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your seller account for breach of this agreement, our Terms, or other policies. Upon termination, we may withhold payouts for pending or disputed transactions as allowed by our policies.
