Buying Guide

This guide walks you through buying on AuctionHub—from browsing and bidding to payment and receipt.

Research the item

Read the full description, view all images, and check the category and condition. Review the seller’s reputation when available. If you have questions, contact the seller before bidding.

Understand the format

Auctions have a start and end time. You can place bids up to the closing time; bids in the final minutes may extend the auction slightly. Some listings also offer "Buy It Now" at a fixed price.

Bidding and payment

Funds are held when you bid and refunded if you’re outbid. If you win, the amount is charged. We hold the money in escrow until you confirm you’ve received the item. See Payment Methods and Buyer Protection for details.

After you win

Arrange shipping with the seller. When the item arrives at your address in Morocco, confirm receipt in your Dashboard. That releases payment to the seller. If there’s a problem, use our dispute process before confirming.
